Maintenance and safe use
IMPORTANT: You must regularly inspect the equipment supplied to you. This is very important to make sure no damage has occurred which could impact the safe use of the equipment. You should check your equipment thoroughly once a month. You should do this even if the equipment is not regularly used as weather conditions can cause damage. If you must immediately stop use until the equipment is repaired. If the equipment is not repairable the equipment must be disposed of suitably.
WARNING: Some of our products contain small parts. Small parts are a choking hazard, therefore not suitable for children under 36 months. Our products are intended for use by children 3-8 years. Adult supervision is required when using any of our equipment.
Equipment must not be used until installed correctly as per the below guidelines
- Ensure your equipment is sited on level ground. Failure to do this may result in additional stress being placed on connectors and joints. Overtime this could
cause them to fail and become unsafe to use. It also increases the risk of the product tipping over. - Avoid locating your product in full sun as warping or cracking may occur.
- In high winds please ensure equipment is secure.
- Wood deteriorates most when buried in, or in contact with the ground. Try to site you equipment on well drained solid areas. trap hazard. In this instance stop use until repaired.
- We advise that all equipment is treated at a minimum every 12 months with a wood preserving paint or varnish.

Delivery
Delivery of bespoke equipment is prices upon request. If the customer chooses to collect this is free of charge. Once delivery is accepted, or collected the buyer cannot then return goods which fulfill the specification. Any damage must be noted upon delivery or collection. Where the buyer accepts the goods the seller will then have no liability to the buyer in respect of those goods
Privacy
Wooden Imagination will never disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment
Returns
Because our products are produced to order, often bespoke designs we are unable to accept returns. Nor can we accept cancellations once an order order has been started. This does not affect your rights when we are at fault.
Payment
Payment must be made in full prior to or upon delivery. If the buyer is collecting payment must be made in full prior to or upon collection.
